- Symptoms: Ack import fails with the following error

- Cause/Solution: The cause may be that the time setting of the device is out of sync. After correcting the device time to the correct time, importing the Ack may succeed.
- Symptoms: Ack import fails with the following error

- Cause/Solution: The following actions are required.
- Execute the
license smart factory reset
command - Reboot after saving settings with
write memory
- Delete the PI information of the corresponding device from CSSM
- Output the RUM report again from the device
- Import RUM report into CSSM and issue ACK
- Import ACK to applicable device
- Execute the
